Apparently, someone is coming out with a reproduction Westinghouse Jr. in both an ice and refrigerated model.  The cost for the ice is around 800, while the refrigerated one will be around 950.  They are exact replicas and look pretty good.

Anyone know if they are going to reproduce any upright machines?  I know they have a Vendo 44 repop...not sure how profitable that was for Wurlitzer though...

Here is the link

Very interesting...
I wonder who's reproducing them...?
I didn't notice a bottle opener/cap catcher...
The lid hinges appear to be painted as well...

Thanks for the heads up!

Very cool looking! resonable price too!they would knock the bottom out of the prices on Ebay for OEM coolers! though, you'd be able to buy one new (electric version) then you could buy an original machine, I'd hope they are metal and not just fiberglass, and I agree, where's the cap catcher??? ':p'

Johnie, to keep the machine as authentic as possible, they have the cap catchers already missing! ':p'

I wouldn't mind placing a deposit if the seller is reputable.  I even prepaid for a soda machine book before!  ':p'

Thanks for posting  the link vendobaldtops, I am going to try to contqact the seller to see if I can buy just the top.

Mr. Bundy,

Check out parts suppliers here...Fun-Tronics has repo lids for your cooler, so does Sodaware...colamachines.com might have some used parts as well.  Say hi to Peg, Kelly, and Bud and welcome to the Show
