Apparently, someone is coming out with a reproduction Westinghouse Jr. in both an ice and refrigerated model.  The cost for the ice is around 800, while the refrigerated one will be around 950.  They are exact replicas and look pretty good.

Anyone know if they are going to reproduce any upright machines?  I know they have a Vendo 44 repop...not sure how profitable that was for Wurlitzer though...

Very interesting...
I wonder who's reproducing them...?
I didn't notice a bottle opener/cap catcher...
The lid hinges appear to be painted as well...

Thanks for the heads up!

Very cool looking! resonable price too!they would knock the bottom out of the prices on Ebay for OEM coolers! though, you'd be able to buy one new (electric version) then you could buy an original machine, I'd hope they are metal and not just fiberglass, and I agree, where's the cap catcher??? ':p'

Johnie, to keep the machine as authentic as possible, they have the cap catchers already missing! ':p'

I wouldn't mind placing a deposit if the seller is reputable.  I even prepaid for a soda machine book before!  ':p'

Mr. Bundy,

Check out parts suppliers here...Fun-Tronics has repo lids for your cooler, so does Sodaware...colamachines.com might have some used parts as well.  Say hi to Peg, Kelly, and Bud and welcome to the Show

I did check the links but I must admit somehow some way I didn't seee the search section on the top of soda works ( I just noticed today)and as you probably know funtronics is a catalog company

When I did a search on sodawerks it didn't have the right picture? I thought the lid to a westinghouse jr was painted and had the coke logo on it all they have listed for westhouse jr lids are aluminum looking?maybe I'll contact them

As for the vendo 63 ...Mine is a can version and I have been actually thinking of hacking/making the top two shelves vendo bottles. Is your machine a bottle and if so how much for 2 shelves?

Thanks
ED

Ed ,Steve Jebb is a great guy to work with  over there
at Sodajerkworks  And Steve over at Funtronics  is also A
great guy and they are friend ,so if one guy does not have it the other one will. Or they might know some one who might.

And as far as the Repo Westinghouse I might order one.

Hey Pat...
Do you know if they can sell just the lids and catchers?
Repro, embossed lids would sell like crazy.

Ok well it came in  I did  take a few photos and as soon as I get done with the roll of film I WILL DROP THE PHOTO'S here
I promise.
Just so you know these thing are really put together well
the embossed lettering is really nice and the cap catch is all
steal   the paint job is not bad and it set's on four caster
for easy moving.

If some one really wanted  A Westinghouse jr. this is the way to go.

Mine set's in my office at home.
as far as the parts I was told a year or two.
