The fan can be replaced. They are available from our vendors. It shouldn't be that big of a deal.

Time for a new fan.  You should replace the fan inside of the machine as well.  Don't run it until you get those replaced or it will be shot!

Sounds like you need a new condenser fan.  These are available from Funtronics (a sponsor of this site). It's an easy fix.  You should NOT run the machine until you replace this.
