First, I want to say thank you for your very gracious offer.
Honestly, I haven't been thinking about this over the years, it was just re-kindled a few days from the original post on this topic. I am all about moving on and putting issues behind me. (I thought I already had!!)
Part of the reason I didn't escalate this problem when this all happened was because I was pretty angry and instead of having a blow out with you I figured it would be easier just to "move on" so to speak.
I've always loved your website and the pictures of the machines in your museum. You are truly dedicated to "The Cause"! I am also happy to hear that you have a lot of satisfied customers that are also members here at SMC.
