Nice Rexall Sign

I was visiting a client in Reed City last week and this sign was hanging in the back room.  Apparently the building had housed a drugstore in the past and the signe was still there so they had it framed and hung it in the back room!  It is in excellent shape and appears to have been made in 1939 if I am interpreting the mark correctly.  They won't sell it to me!

There was a  CL ad a few months back for a  working neon Rexall sign, I was tight on cash, and  you had to make arrangements to remove it from the building within a few weeks.   

sigh, one of these days  my lotto numbers will come in
