A couple in illinois

Here's a few in the mid-west area, Illinois to be exact.  One's a Vendo 39 upright and the other is a Vendo 59 chest.  Both look to be in decent shape.  Looks like the 39 is missing a breaker strip and the guy said the 59 doesn't cool, although the compressor runs.
