Those Who Stay Will be Champions!

« on: June 03, 2012, 12:08:04 am »

This past Friday, The Lingenfelter Collection in Brighton, MI was opened to the public as a fundraiser for the Estee Lauder Breast Cancer Research Fund.  I love cars and am a big supporter of all things pink so I siezed the opportunity.  I happen to know the owner of the collection as he used to be one of my biggest customers several years back before he sold his company and got into the cars full-time!  I thought you guys would like to check out the pictures so here is a link to my pictures.  If you like Vettes, Firebirds, Camaros, Ferrari's and other exotics, you have to check the pictures out.  I felt like I was in a Need for Speed video game.  He even has a Bugatti Veyron and a Ferrari Enzo!

Enjoy!

I know there is a matched set of Shelby GT 500's (vintage 60's and a current model) and a Ford GT in there.  I believe there was one additional car that had Carroll Shelby's name attached to it as well.  But you are correct.  Ken's dad was a GM guy which explains his affinity for Camaro's, Vette's and Firebird's.  When he still had his title company, he was always driving Mercedes, BMW's, Porsche's and Ferrari's.  I don't believe I have ever seen him driving the same car twice!  He is a real car nut and a great guy.
