hammertone paint

Can you buy hammertone paint in a spray can at any place that sells spray paint or do you need to get it from somewhere else? And also will one can be enough to paint the liner in a machine or will I need another can? The machine is a vendorlator vf-165. Don't have the dimensions of the liner right now but if I had a rough estimate of how much a can will cover I can calculate the surface area of the liner and see how much I need.

Home Depot (or Lowes, etc) also sells a little plastic "paint gun" adapter to snapon the top of your spray can.  It's a plastic thing that costs about $4 and will save your finger from getting numb from pushing down on the button of the can.  It also helps control the flow of the paint.  These should be hanging in the aisle with the spray cans.

I actually have one of those and I don't know how I painted without it. I love it and I noticed my painting has gotten better since I started using it.

Lowes has two different kinds. Do not get the cheap one. Get the good one by Rustoleum. Cost a little more but worth it. I also do not know how I been painting without it.

I bought one home with me because I do a lot of can spraying... I didn't  get on with it at all..
Guess it must be a matter of what you are used to..That numb finger is all part of the transformation..

I got a simple one of those little handles at a garage sale for a quarter I think. I can't paint without it. lol I did notice that I get fewer runs and a more even coat of paint when I use it.
