I finaly got to totaly taking apart my 110 and Stoner this weekend. It was warm out at last...

I found a few Mercury dimes in the Stoner and these bottle caps in my 110. I'm sure this brand isn't around any longer.

I also know someone that bought an 81 that was locked, when he got it home it had three... three vendo coin changers in it, one was real nice and the other two weren't too bad. Talk about a nice score.

I'll try and post some pics of my dismantled 110 later.

I once found a superball in a cav 51 when I was bout 10 years old. Mu Dad had bough a load of machines and there was several Cav 51's. At that time they were just about worthless sI tore into them. I just took the back covers off and found the the ball. I used to love finding the old bottle caps.

I've found bottle caps, nickels/dimes (a few Mercury dimes) and of course broken bottle pieces, but 3 VCC's would be hard to beat!

on the gross side of things, on a Jacobs 26 condensation jar, I found a family of mice that had died inside the jar, cause the adult, got stuck in the little opening and trapped the rest of them..

My first Popperette, the one that I use today, had thousands of maggot carcasses everywhere.  The globe was half full of maggots (the previous owner did empty it before mailing it to me), when I blew out the motor it rained maggot husks, even under the trim were husks.  I had a faulty switch.   I took it apart, and a maggot somehow, ended up in this sealed switch.  I think when it the maggot was small it went in, grew, and died there.

The other thing that amazed me was that old oil can turn into caramel. laugh

I still can't figure out why the wife doesn't want to eat the popcorn out of it???

The Brownie roobeer bottling plant was here in Detroit ( the bottling plant is still physically here, just an abandoned building now, there is still the bottling equipment inside)

I found many cork backed Canada Dry Ginger Ale bottle caps in the cap catcher on the Heintz.  Probably should have kept a few but I left them in the machine for the new owner when I sold it.

I restored a VMC33 pepsi machine for a client that had enough dog hair in it that I'm sure their pet dog was bald.

Yes, I too had a machine come in with so much cat / dog hair in the condensor
that it overheated and fried the compressor!
