I have a Cavalier c5-225 with a coinco. s75-9800b.  I have replaced the power supply resistor and it accepts coins and clicks the front solenoid .  The problem is that it will not dispense a drink and will keep accepting money.  I can hold down the lever of the solenoid and it will dispense a drink but you have to hold the solenoid down again and push the vend button to reset the lever to dispense again.

I just fixed a simular problem with a Vendo V192-6, same symptoms, insert coin, coinmech clicks&vend relay clicks, but none of the flavor select switches would dispence a soda, problem was a loose connection on one of the reset micro switches on the vending soliniod assy.
( it was open, due to a connector coming loose) you see, they are all in series & if only one of them goes open, then none of the columns will vend ( the machine is confused into thinking it's at the end of the vend cycle, ie;in a constant state of "reset" as if it had already vended a soda...hope this sets you in the right dirrection....follow the wiring diagram on the inside of the door carfully, (assuming it has one) & be carfull, those little buggers have 115 volts across them!, so check 'em with an ohm meter and/or give tehm a good looking over with the power off....JohnieG

Yeah..220,221 whatever it takes.
Remember, all it needs is a shot of Freon!

"Hope" is good, but it's not an action plan.
