Glasco value..possible throw in with my new Wd-5

Ok, so I bought the Wd-5 from this guy and he also has a Glasco that is fairly rough which he'd like to add to the deal. Im somewhat interested as it shouldnt affect the shipping price. He wants $300, Im thinking $200. The mech and rack are there, but it doesnt work. What do you think?

But If You Bought It At $300 The Rack Is Worth That Much Alone Also Another $150-$250 For the Coin Mech & Flaber Door .So Eather Way It's A  Win Win
