VMC 81 Pepsis can bring as little as $2500.00 to as high as $3500.00 complete. Hopefully its embossed as you say decals??

What you have ran across is a Vendo 81D that has been turned into a Pepsi from a Coke. The Coca Cola embossed letters were probably smashed in and filled over with body filler. Other than that the machine is in amazing condition. From what I can tell everything is there. I noticed the Decals are the same that Terry used on his latest project. Heres the pictures

In reality that machine is worth $1,500 You could easily part it for that.

Cash always talks. The guy I bought the Stoner Theater from mentioned that someone told him it was valued at 3k. I showed him 500 bucks and he was all over it. '<img'>

The letters may not be smashed in or ground off. Years ago Jeff Walters was selling what looked like a generic 81 door on the outside. Looked at the inside and the embossed Pepsi lettering was perfect..................................lots of bondo I guess

Couldn't you just run a light strength magnet across it? - like a refrigerator magnet. It would certainly give way in a large Bondo patch.

Hi,Tom

I have tryed that .But I like to be sure .And I'v run into the lettering being close enought  that some time's even with a light magnet that it has still stuck .
