Coin mech works/ vend doesn't

I have a Cav USS-8-64 Coke machine that works Great but wont vend. I set the coin mech for 30 cents and when i put in the change i can here click in the back of the machine but can't turn the lever. What can it be? I there a switch i can disable so the levers can turn whenever I want them to? This machine is for personal use and would prefer just to open the door and turn the lever and get the drinks. Thank you

When you hear a click, the solonoid below the bottle stack has energized.  It should have a spring to return it to original position.   Check to see if that spring is broken, or unhooked.
