We've discussed this before, but seeing the absolute cool stuff in Jeff Wolf's collection, and items Tom is offering got me thinking I really need to update my wish list.

And maybe it's part of the addiction, but it seems many of us share a common bond on items wanted, or items that hold a special place in the collection.

I know some things will stay on the wish list, and others just aren't in the budget right now, but it's watch the news and go in a funk or  dream and scheme

At this moment, since it changes constantly I want, nae, I  really really really want

A Wurlitzer 1015.
Jukeboxes are my second passion, and a fleging side business, and so what if it can only play one side of 78, and no more than 20 records.  The Wurly set the bar on cool factor, and 60 yrs later, it has beauty and class that is unmatched.

Any tri five hardtop.
Hey i live in Michigan, not enough days  for a rag top. The greatest pieces of art that ever came out of Detroit. GM  could pull itself back in the black by retooling a 57 Chevy Bel Air.

A Pepsi VMC 81
K, I have an 81D waiting for a primo restoration, and I really prefer  Coke over Pepsi,  but seeing some of the 81's here, especially in the Pepsi blue/White two tone  is poetry and 38 degree  icy cold soda goodness

A barber pole and a Vendo coin changer,
Every game room or man cave needs them.  Which reminds me I need to find that house so I can set up the barber chair.

A dodgem, or bumper car.
Need to go in the corner of the game room, off the bar, next to the phone booth. Just because.

A Dole Soda dispenser for the bar.
Doesn't even have to be hooked up.  it would  look so darn good on the bar.

1955 Ford F100.
It's hard to bring home a vendo or jukebox in a 57 Chevy.

Of fto find that 55 Sedan Delivery...

I call myself a Coke fan, but at Sam's recently I found some Pepsi in small plastic bottles that fit in my Pepsi 81.  I figured they would get old and never get removed from the machine.  But it sems like I find myself always getting a Pepsi out instead of a Coke.  Maybe I am burned out on Cokes!

Back on topic.

Some pretty cool list so far , My List has changed over the years.
I still like the Sq. tops and probably always will.
So here we go
A Faygo Transitional and a few other Transitionals
a Cavalier  CSS 64 (again! and not selling this one)
A Acton vending cart The Flying Butcher
  a 1946 Chevy truck
  A 1945 John Deere Tractor Model L
and just to finish up the rest of my machines and then calling it good.

Sorry that it not a  wow list but that all I need to be happy.
Oh yeah!  a bigger Garage  biggrin.

Hmmm, that's a tough one!  There are so many things I really want...must narrow the list down a bit.  I'm guessing this is a wish list not sanctioned by the War Department...so here it goes:

VMC 88 Pepsi (I grew up drinking Pepsi almost exclusively, now I like both)
Ideal 35 Royal Crown (I really like RC, and love the yellow and red!)
Stoner Jr. Candy Machine
Vendo Milk Machine, complete (for the girls)
Popperette
Yet undetermined '40s Juke Box (haven't narrowed it down yet)
Zenith Walton Tombstone Radio
Pre-prohibition Porcelain beer tray...no particular brand, just nice looking!
1955 Chevy Bel Air
1966 Mustang convertible
My 1929 Model A Ford and 1950 F-1 Truck restorations completed

I guess that's a good start for now.

My wish is for world peace!  And I would like to thank the pageant officials for allowing me to compete on behalf of my home state, Michigan!  biggrin tounge laugh

But seriously, I will second Mills 400C in that I would like to see an end to cancer as it has affected many people that I know and love.  Cancer sucks!

My cool stuff list is:  hopefull

Vendo 44 for the living room

Glasscock Deluxe Mechanical for the deck

Victor Kooler-Grille okay I won't be greedy, Victor C-45 with service counter for the basement bar

Vendo 6 Case or Westinghouse DU-144 for the garage and parties

Cavalier FD-2 (2 Case Office Cooler) for where else--the office

Stoner Theatre--original finish for the home theater room

Bally Wizard! Pinball Machine--I put so much money in one of these when I was a kid I should own one. For the play room.

Another pinball I would like to have--I think it was called Gatorball for the playroom.

Vintage 22 foot shuffle board table for the bar area

At the dock:
1929 21' Dodge Watercar http://www.carolina-classic-boats.com/boat_detail.asp?boat_id=154#

For Sunday drives:
1937 Cord 812 Convertible http://www.flickr.com/photos/metropolismusic/3019852297/

or

1933 Duesenberg SJ Speedster http://www.flickr.com/photos/wheeltalk/139776900/

For hauling machines:
1959 Chevrolet El Camino--original finish of course  http://www.flickr.com/photos/mr38/1546652009/

I guess that would be the short list for now.  oops Of course, I would need Pat to pick them up and store them for a while in his new bigger garage until I could clear the coast with the War Department!  glare
