I am looking at this cav 64 but the guy wants 400.00 . Thats way too much I feel. What I like about it is its almost the size of a v56 and I like the lighted coin bexel. How much would you pay?

That looks like a CSS-80 to me. Not sure on the pricing but it seems a bit high. If you like it offer low and see what happens. You can always come up if you really want it! Tim

That machine is one of the nicest square corner models of that era. That lightup sign is in good condition and the chrome strips that surround the perimeter add a nice finishing touch to it. It is not as tall as a Vendo 90 and is better built. I have only restored 1 squaretop and that was a C-80......it turned out beautiful. This one looks like it would clean up real nice. The guy is only ASKING $400.00, and in this ecomomy people aren't exactly knocking his door down to buy it. I would offer him $250.00. If he declines, leave him a card with your number. With no other calls he will get back to you next week.

I got to agree with Glen & Terry they are a very solid machines I had a Cav. CSS-80 and it was a nice machine.
And when you go over take two $100 bills and two $50 bill ( keep one of those fifty in your wallet hidden) and like Glen said if he does not jump leave your name and numbers Cell & home & work and leave , he will be calling

This is the early version of the c64/80 machines made in the very early 60's. You cannot compare the price of these to the newer models. These are by far much better machines. I restored one as the last machine that I had done and it went on ebay for like $1,700 if I remember right. Here is a pic of it done. and mine didn't even have the lighted sign. They are awesome looking machines.
