I believe him to be a respectable seller, but have not personally seen his collection or bought something from him. I think he is good friends with Glen (Moondawg). He does say it is embossed!

Ya I jumped the gun on that one. The price got me excited but what do I know about picnic coolers? I collect machines.

This guy has a bunch of great items, most rare and restored... It's just too bad he is selling at a time like this? as his prices are just way too high for most people at this time... He has incredible stuff, but just too much invested into probably so has to sell so high.

I have seen an Orange Crush Superior Jr firsthand, and I can vouch that they are embossed. Very rare little cooler. As a matter of fact, it's the cooler I was talking about with all the guys at the last Chicago Show, at Portofillo's.

Does anyone know if Progress ever made any Orange Crush coolers? Has anyone ever seen one?

I just looked for it and I couldn't find it. I guess it has already been removed from the listing.
I love coolers because they are so easy to restore and display. Little mini soda dispensers, but with out the coin mech.

A couple more coolers.
But I have no orange crush as of yet. But someday, maybe, if I am lucky.

I wonder how stable the prices for these picnic coolers will be if they keep making repros? It seems like they come out with a new one every few years.

Thanks for the complements.
The Coke sign is one that was used in the 40's and 50's. Two were used, one on each end of the business name which was written on a long narrow porcelain blank. I have two white signs that are similar in size and I am looking for the long white portion so I can make my garage look like a shop from the fifties.
