Newbie here:  machine is complete and reportedly does cool.  Few to no dents and/or dimples.  Haven't inspected it but assuming there's minimal rust any idea of a ballpark for value?

Thanks in advance. wep

Would that $3200 have been restored or unrestored?

Thanks, wep

One sold for $1,675 a few months ago on ebay unrestored, another brought $1,800 in a auction in Ohio I believe its defenatly a buyers market on machines right now.

Also you say vendo and not Vendorlator or VMC is this a real embossed pepsi 81 or a Vendo with a sign screwed over the Coke embossing.

I think it's actually a VMC.  Here's a pict (if I can get it attached) - looks embossed.

Yep,
That's an orginal VMC pepsi alright.. .sure would love to run into that in an old barn or shed like it's sitting in right now.. very cool

hope you can pick it up for a good price...

Also we need to hear the story of how you came across it .. we love the stories and photos..

Haven't purchase it - still thinking about it.  It's priced below $2000 ($2000 is the minimum  I would need to sell it for to make a small profit).

Given these circumstances and the present financial recession, I'm still in the pondering stage.

Any advice?

Thanks, wep
