I am dumb about soda machine and have just started to buy up some machines. i see your free play post-but will this work with about any type of machine?'<img'>??
i have just bought a Choice Vend model CVC 168--it does not have a coin changer-and i need to get it working.
I guess since i am here i also have a Glassco model GBV 50 ---i have two problems--i have not used the machine in some time and  went to use it and now have some dimes are stuck in it and the bottle pull won't let the bottles pull up and through and have also lost my key to the coin box and can not get a key made--i see where you said you could drill it it out but i am afraid i will mess it up--does it normally work good??? I assume i have to get the coin box open to unstick the changer -- i have never been inside it and paid any attention to it------ i can take some pics of the Choice vend and send them if need be??                                              any help would be appreciated       Bob

Hey Bob, hi & welcome!  Yes, the free play switch a shown will work just fine on your choice-vend, and if you take your time & drill the lock carfully on the Glasco, you won't mess up the finish on the coin door at all, but you will need a new lock (with a key this time!)  ':<img:'>  Once you  get it open, you'll want to give the coin mech a good cleaning, we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.
