V63 bottle stack not working

On the Frankenstein 56 im building, I have it wired up. when you plug the machine in the solenoid activates and holds its place. When you insert coins in the mech it accepts the coins and even gives change. But it is not activating the bottle stack. when the machine is unplugged you can manually check the stack and everything is free and it functions properly.

So, the vending racks solenoid is "on" (energized & retracted) when you first plug in the machine?
that would indicate a hot source backfeeding the solenoid via the circut that leads up to the jones socket # 3.
unplug the coinmech & see if the solenoid de-energizes.

It does not de energize when you unplug the coin mech. When you unplug the machine, the bottle stack will release like it should. If this was a mechanical machine I would have already figured out the problem. Electrical is my down side.

Ok, with the coinmech unplugged, what voltage to you have at pin #3 of the female jones socket? (it should be neutral without the coinmech plugged in.)
I'm suspecting that you may have accidently wire a "hot" source to the wire that feeds down to the vending solenoid. this would cause it to be on all of the time. which would also burn it out, as it's not meant for 100% duty cycle ( on all of the time).
