I have a line on a Coca Cola VMC 33.  I haven't seen it yet but I do have one picture.  I have requested more pictures and will obviously have to go see it before I make an offer.  The question is, what is one of these worth in unrestored condition--assuming it is complete?

Are parts still reasonably available?  Any drawbacks to this type of machine?  They always looked like neat little machines to me and they don't take up much space.

All input is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

The VMC27/33 will only vend the small Coke bottles, which is a drawback. They are nice and small, but the Vendo 56 is the same size and much more desirable.
The 33 can probably be had for $300-$500 and the V-56 can be had for $1100-$1400 unless you find one for less on CL or something.
Not a lot of repro parts for the VMC27/33, so verify completeness - especially the drum.

Check that--it is a VMC 27A.  I just spoke with the owner and it is a complete working machine with a 10 cent coin mechanism.

I realize that it only takes the small bottles but I have a Cavalier USS-8-64 for my longnecks and cans.

Is the 27 more desireable than the 33?

Thanks!

Basically the same machine. The 33 holds an extra 6 bottles in the center of the drum that feed out as the drum empties. 400-600 bucks in my area.
