Cavalier door glass & lights

Does anyone have a close up picture or description of how the door glass installs in a Cavalier USS-12-144. During a move yesterday, mine was broken out. I think there are 2 panes of glass seperated by some rubber gasket material ... at least I have some rubber material and lots of small pieces! I can get the glass cut but need some dimensions and installation instructions.
Also, where xcan you get replacement bulbs for the door light & for the sign? It is a Dr. Pepper machine by the way.

Try taking the whole glass door to the glass shop. They'll figure it out.
     I go to a specialty lighting supply for uncommon light bulb sizes, ballasts etc. They're usually listed in the phone book.
