Identify This Cooler

I was traveling around West Michigan today visiting with customers and I stopped to check out a machine that was for sale. I looked at it and took a few pics and told the guy that I was interested. Very neat and different self-serve cooler. The compressor was made by Kelvinator but this cooler does not look like any of the Kelvinators pictured on this site. There was no visible manufacturer's plate on the machine but it is in great shape. The machine was running and cooling well and there is also a light in the cabinet that was turned off but does work. It can also be used with ice and there is a drain under the cap catcher. Another bonus is that it is on casters.
He has owned it for about 20 years and he got it from the original owner who had it in his store and then moved it to his home after he sold his store. He did have it repainted by Maaco in hammertone green and I could not find a dent on it anywhere.
Can anybody identify it and what would be a good amount to offer?
Thanks guys!

Wow, nice machine Tim! I've seen something like it in a book or something somewhere, but it completely escapes me! What I'm trying to say is...I'm not a bit of help to you, but it looks cool!
I would not even begin to be sure on a fair offer...$300-$500??? Good luck, and I hope you get it! Keep us posted!

Jeff Walters book says it is a Heintz C2P. Produced in the late 40's to early 50's. It is a 4.75 out of 5 in rarity. Average condition $1,350, Fully Restored $2,400.
It looks like a cool machine. If the price is right I would get it if I were you. It would make a nice second fridge.
