NOOOO, Restoring signs is not a good idea. they are worth more in present "used" condition like this than by touching up spots.
Signs are much different that machines when it comes to restoration, and restored machines offten command higher dollars. touched up or restored signs typically are worth less, or (worthless) in my opionion. Might as well make up a fake if your going to touch up an original.

Nice score Joey! That 1908 sign with the straight sided bottles is fantastic. What a nice sign. Where did you find these? Any history behind them?

No History that I know of, the cokes and the long Lion all came out of Long Beach, CA, The White Rose, and the round lion both came out of South AR, and originally came out of Nashville, TN. White Rose is a Canadian Company.
