I saw this machine for sale the guy made a bottle drum out off plastic

Is there a counter weight mounted on the back plate...?
If not, the drum may/will not function properly!
Looks pretty good but I'm not sure about durability either...
And lastly, how is the indexing? Will it work with the original indexer...?
