I saw a post  where someone was looking for a WD 60 or a 72MD and he found a 72, I have restored 72's and 102's is the WD 60 the one with a cabinet about the size of a Cavalier 55 and had the dial a drink selection?  I have only seen one of those in my journeys and he wouldn't sell it, does anyone have one in their collection?

If I remember correctly this is a 60. This is one that I had in the past. If I remember right I sold it to Bobk.

it was  WC78MC he was looking for, & I sold him one of mine!  blush it just shipped to NJ this friday via the way of Beebop Joes for a restoration.

the Westinghouse WC 60, 78, & 102 series ( Select-a-matics) all have pretty much the same cabinet design with the 6-postion favor selection knob, they just get bigger on top as the model no. increases with taller racks & bigger signage, the lower portion of the cabinets such as the coin door, coin mech's, coin entry bezel/selector coinbox/ capcatcher, etc. are interchangable between the models, as are the vending gates themselves.

If you look in the soda machines section, you will see one of my old WC60MD machines used as an exapmle photo. ( that was a sweet all original machine!)

and loman4ecs' picture is also a 60MD too.  here's a picture of a WC78MD frontdoor I have in my parts storage unit. as you can see the sign's a little bigger.

JohnnieG (or anybody else),
I am looking for a good condition coin door for my WB-60 if you know where a spare might be. Somebody took a crow bar to mine.
Thanks!

Thanks, I remembered the 60 as more narrow, but it was a long time ago, as I said, I have restored both the 78 and 102 machines, in fact I have a 78 dial a drink for sale for $100 but no one wants to come and get it.

Mitchell, Indiana......... covered with surface rust, front trim has dents and dings, no major dents, rack is there, will have to drill the lock to see inside the coin door.  Will have to go down to barn #2 and look at it to describe it better.
