Caramel - burnt sugar color 12 gallons
Lime Juice 12 gallons
Phosphoric Acid S.G. 1.750 58 pounds
Alcohol 1/2 gallon
Oil Lemon 6 fluid ounces
Oil Orange 5 fluid ounces
Cinnamon Oil 4 fluid ounces
Oil Nutmeg 2 fluid ounces
Oil Coriander 2 fluid ounces
Oil Petit Grain 1 fluid ounce

The above recipe (which is pretty close to the original Coca-Cola recipe) is obviously from documents filed with the court at the time that the Pepsi-Cola Company went bankrupt in 1923.

Hey Yarochrehc,
I suck at numbers but will give it a go.
To make the math easier:-) if 200 gallons of water boiled off we would have:
1000 gallons = 128,000 ounces.
128,000 / 8 = 16,000 8oz. bottles. That's a bunch.

Reducing the mix to a 5 gal. batch would take some time. Haven't looked but I'd guess Phosphoric Acid, Oil Coriander, Oil Petit Grain might be tough to find.

The museum also has the Coke formula, but I figure it was easier to get the seven thousand pounds of sugar for making Pepsi versus the cocaine leaves for the Coca-Cola.

Yeah, I would have to agree Mills.....Making up a batch or the ORIGINAL Coca-Cola formula might get somebody some jail time!! Pretty cool link thought, I love the history of coin-op stuff!
