Nice set up Curtis.

Peter Hirschberg ran out of room in his basement, so he built a 2600 square foot building for his Mancade!

I think he needs some soda machines in there!

Bubba,

I am curious to what region do you live in.  If you live in a northern climate, you would have to have the garage heated and cooled to protect your backglasses from peeling.  I believe that the peeling occurs because of the different expansion and contraction rates between the glass and paint/silk screened ink.

I had a gun game from the fifties in my garage, in July, and the paint lifted.  The same thing happened to my Evans Rolleto Jr. console slot, but that was hot bulbs vs. a cold basement.

I know the United shuffles and bowlers from the sixties were made of plexi-glass and temperature doesn't affect them.  I am not sure about the newer, 1980's games, I have mostly older 1960's stuff.

One way to protect them is to spray/seal them with a can of Krylon triple thick non yellowing clear sealent.  I used it on three games and the peeling stopped, or you can move the wife into the garage!

Larry

Mills... I'm in NJ... Its an attached garage. I've got all kinds of plans for the room, but I will be knocking down a wall into the house instead of just a doorway. 2 walls and the ceiling will need to be insulated, the floor needs to be redone, etc....

Bubba, I'm not married, but I'm thinking when you do get around to building that game room,  call it "The Doghouse" , since it sounds like you'll be spending  a lot of time there  tounge

Curtis, I can only dream of having a hang out 1/2 as nice. Thanks for sharing, it looks fantastic
