I was recently given a a little Lacrosse  Pepsi machine that holds about 80 bottles. It was in a Rabbit raising facility so it was filthy. Have gone through it and am actually somewhat impressed with the engineering in coparison to the cavaliers and Vendos I'm used to. I'm trying to understand the operation of the condensor and evaporator fans though. the way this wiring is set up the inner fan runs all the time. Is this correct? I'm used to the Wetinghouses, cavs and vendos shutting completely down. Heck of a cast bodied fan, so I guess it is overdesigned and can take it . Just curious...  Thanks

Most machines are designed with the upper fanmotor running all the time to
keep the inside air temperature constant whether the compressor is running or not.
