My kids have never been on an airplane, so its going to be fun. I'm not bringing my computer...  help I don't know which is going to be worse.. when I quit smoking or this week coming up without a computer.

Enjoy your trip. That sounds like a lot of fun. You may miss your computer but I bet you will be happy in the long run that you left it behind.

Be sure and find the coke machines on display in Epcot, I think they are in "India". Have your picture taken next to it. Also restored gas pumps in gift shop in "Dinoland"? at Animal Kingdom I believe. (It all becomes a blur).

Hey, what about me...?

I know my schedule became very hectic when Dave (aka davethebirdman) visited Florida; but if anyone visits the Orlando area, let me know to see if we can get together for a chat or even a soda... I don't want to intrude on family vacations but you may find yourself with a little down time...

Ken, PM me with some of your plans for the area...

Ken

I had two weeks in Florida without a computer in May so I know what you mean. In the end I went into the mall and used one in the Apple Shop...

Have a great time. We loved it so much we are planning on going again in June (hopefully no raging fires so we can meet up with Jim)

2 weeks I would have pulled my hair out... A few days, I should be able to do.

I'm not worried about the plants.. I left them outside for our first few frosts at night... They don't use too much water now  glare

Cormy.. I'll pay attention to the stuff at Epcot... This is probably the park I am looking forward to the most. Christmas around the World is supposed to be setup at each of the countries... I am really looking forward to that.. I am also glad to see that I am leaving 40 degree weather for 80 degree weather.

Jim... check your pm.. We are staying in one of the Disney resorts and I'm not even renting a car.

Well, we made it home...  down

What a trip... this had to have been the best vacation we have been on yet. The weather was awesome, the kids were awesome (unusual), the lines didn't exist, and the place we stayed at was excellent. Considering the mileage we put on our feet, I don't think we are all the tired. We got home about 10:00 last night, and the kids were out the door for school this morning. This time of year, the parks are all decked out for the holidays, the people (workers and guests) were all friendly and there were no lines.. We stayed at one of Disney's resorts, and used their transportation. We have more than 700 photo's to go through.

Jim.. sorry we couldn't get together... I should have mentioned it sooner.. I get around for work a bit.. I'll let you know when I have something coming up that way...

Well, we finally started going through the pictures.... We have narrowed it down to under 500 for printing...  oh

Here are some of the Coke things I found while down there...

These were all in a market area in Epcot Center. They weren't attached to any country.. they were outside what they called a Trading Post.

These were mostly in MGM... I think one may have been in Animal Kingdom..

Here is a pretty cool picture of the Magic Kingdom as it is getting dark.. This is supposed to look like ice. The pic doesn't really do it justice, but it is still cool looking..

And last one for now, is a pic of the sign that shows wait times for attractions in Epcot. This was definitely the time of year to go....
