Coin mechanism

This has probably already been addressed before, but I'm having trouble with the coins going all the way through the mechanism and not triggering the bottle/can release on my coke machines. Also, how do you go about changing the price? If anyone can help me with this please let me know. Thank you!

Additional information would help too...
What model coin mechanism does the machine have installed currently?
Not necessary but may be helpful should the coin mech not be faulty is the model number od your machine...?
