None of the Mexican stores carry it or can even get it in my area. I contacted the 7-UP main office a couple of years ago about getting it in a glass bottle and they said it was not made anywhere in the world in a glass bottle- I told them about the Mexican variety and they thought I was lying or something..........

I've seen Coke and Pepsi  in bottles imported from Mexico,  but never 7 Up.
Not to say it isn't available...

Well I can shoot down their claim that it isn't done anywhere in the world because it is bottled in all sizes of glass returnables in Thailand Smiley

Give Marcel's a call.  They have tons of stuff and it may be a good day trip for you!

Thanks for the link Dr. That's quite a drive for me though- must be close to three hundred miles one way. I wonder if there is any good stores like this in the Chicago/Milwaukee area?

I get stuff from Retro Soda at the Chicagoland Show.  I just looked and they have American 7up made with sugar!

Retro-soda is good, they do offer local pick-up so you can save on the shipping. They used to be located in Arlington Heights Illinois, but I believe they are now out of Niles Illinois.  You can email them with a pick up order and they are very accommodating.

Neat website but they are very expensive! I can get Mexican 12 ounce Coke for $21 a case- Retro soda wants $34! Plus I can get the $21 case price two minutes from my house. I was hoping to find a place I could get even better prices if I bought in Quantity- say 20 cases at a time.
