Hey all,

This past Saturday (Sept 22) my family and I went to the Mid Atlantic Coin Op show.  This was the first year of this show.  As a result, there wasn't a whole lot there.  The had the arcade machines set on free play.  There were some pinball machines - both modern and some EMs.  There was one booth with some neon signs.

The highlight of the show was the Funtronics booth.  Steve Ebner was there, along with two of his friends (Bob and Fred).  Bob restores machines and is also selling some unrestored ones.  He had 2 VMC 33's there (complete) for $500 each.  He also had a Westinghouse 44 for $600-800.  Fred had a Heinz cooler (a rare model, as you mostly see the Gullwing) and a lot of clocks and signs.  Steve's booth was nice and he was great to talk with.

I posted a bunch of photos in the gallery section.  Enjoy. happydrinkers

Some nice items there and, as you say, nice to put a face with the name of Steve Ebner.
Thanks for posting the photos!

Ken,

It was in Maryland.
The listing was displayed on the homepage in the Upcoming Events sidebar.
Here's the link to some additional info:

I'll have to pay more attention.  It was close and I missed it.  It seems like there aren't many shows like this in the area.

Thanks Jim... I usually look at that block too. I'm just not used to seeing stuff on the east coast..
