Glasco Cooler Sweating quite a bit?

I have a Glasco Slider running on the back porch keep the Cokes and Beers cold. I've noticed on a few of our more humid days (yes we have humidity here in Wisconsin) that the top sweats quite a bit. Is this a insulation problem/ or just the way it is?
If it is insulation, what could be  good fix for the top lid as I don't think it comes apart too easily?

Have you unplugged the fan motor iside the box?

No, the Fan motor is running when the lid is closed... should I unplug it? What would that do?

I am just thinking it's poor insulation on the lid?

and it only does it on really humid days.

It could be poor insultion in the lid or a bad gasket or combination of both.

I know my glasco has a fan inside the box to circulate the air where my Ideal 55 does not have the inside fan. The fan option may work & would be an easy test.

So this is the 2nd mention of the fan, I'm assuming it should be running Right? or are you guys saying to turn it off as it may be causing air leaks?

I guess I can't see the fan making the difference? Any more suggestions or should I just keep a rag handy!

Do you have sweating around the loading door?

No, I'ts just the top of the stainles lid, not even around the gasket seals. I did the light test and there is not light leakage, which is why I was thinking it's just a insulation problem? as the cooler lid is cool to the touch, and with humidity it attracts moisture. Is there an easy way to get the lid apart and reinsulate and with what?
