I think its time you take control of the situation. As my wife (a former partner in one of the largest law firms in the country) advises you have three good options:
- Hire someone to represent you and take legal action. Probably your most costly and surefire route. You can;'t do this yourself because you'd have to be there to file the papers AND be there the day of the court case, thus a minimum of 2 trips. If you do take legal action you should have alternatives in mind, in other words Alan can supply you with a fully refinished

and you'd consider things even.
- Take 2-3 days off and drive down during a night and simply stake out the parking lot. Then when some one shows up calmly tell them your here to pick up your machine. If the other individual wants you to be get his have him provide you a notirized letter and inform Alan via certifed mail.
- Let it go.

Leonard, Talked with Alan this morning and he said he will be calling you and all the others A.S.A.P He sais he will try and get things on the ball. I told him, he needs to talk with everyone and let them know whats going on with there machines. Good luck, Curtis.
