Leonard,

I heard that Alan was going through some issues. Maybe with the company and is personal life. Not sure if this is true, but had a few people tell me that. IF that is the case, that could be why things are so delayed. Someone on here who lives close to his warehouse, should stop by for you!!!!! I hope you get it soon!!

Hi Brain
              And Thanks ! '<img'>

It's True Allen did have A Personal Problem .I over looked the one (Divorce) But there have been so many  Lies . I'm the Last Person to Attack Anyone .But Allen Has backed ME & Other Into a Corrner >We only Want What is Rightfully Ours ! Returned .

There are People Here that Know ME ! I'v Given many Parts to machines away & Never charged for anything  Including the Shipping .

It's VERY VERY  '<img'>  sad .. That we will probley loose another Restorer in this . Allen is a Book of Information on most every Machine .Everybody Know he's Probley the only person that Can Restore A Queen's Ice Maker

But I begaining to think He's Never Going to CHANGE .Even His close Friends Are Worried that He CAN'T get out of the hole he's Diggin .

Hello Leonard,
I hope it works out for you. If you remember I shared my one and only time dealing with him to you. If and when you get it back if there's anything I can to help you just let me know. If that was my Dad's 27 I would be in N.C. on the next plane.

Too bad, people have to get hurt in all this. Just return the stuff and move on. I agree, that what is yours, is yours. I would be at the front door, if my stuff was there. Just me though. It is tough when you deal with issues in life, but at least make arrangements to return the items, restored or not. I can not speak for him though, as I have only talked to him once and that was years ago.

Sorry to hear about your trouble I have never dealt with him so I can't help you there.

Your comment on the queens ice maker intrigued me. I have rebuilt many ice makers in my vending career. What does a queen's ice maker look like? Any one have a photo?

I think its time you take control of the situation.  As my wife (a former partner in one of the largest law firms in the country) advises you have three good options:

- Hire someone to represent you and take legal action.  Probably your most costly and surefire route.  You can;'t do this yourself because you'd have to be there to file the papers AND be there the day of the court case, thus a minimum of 2 trips.  If you do take legal action you should have alternatives in mind, in other words Alan can supply you with a fully refinished X and you'd consider things even.

- Take 2-3 days off and drive down during a night and simply stake out the parking lot.  Then when some one shows up calmly tell them your here to pick up your machine.  If the other individual wants you to be get his have him provide you a notirized letter and inform Alan via certifed mail.

- Let it go.
