I captured 2 of these photo's and will print and frame them, and hang them on the wall of my store. Why you might ask?
For years people have visited, and 3 out of 4 will ask "where do you find these old Coke machines?" '>

I heard back from the seller and he didn't have much info on them outside of the fact that they don't have any lids for the coolers, and could not vouch for the condition of the sides that are on the ground as far as rust and such.

You have my blessing... If they were a few hours closer to me and not 4+ I would look at getting them too, just for fun if the bidding stayed low. But I have too many other projects at this time.

QUOTE I'm in the market for a V23 inner bottle holder and the coinmech for a V23 standard I'm trying to get back together. so if anyone goes & get them, I'd be interested in those parts. Johnnie, I would bet the drum is not there and it doesn't look like the coin mech is either. There is no handle or shaft sticking up and the way lid is cocked, the mech is not there. Doesn't Steve Ebner (Fun-Tronics) repro the bottle drum?
Looks like whoever gets them is going to need a machete to get to them.

it is a delux model so it might be the automatic version so it wouldnt have the handle or shaft. I don't know anything about the coin mech on the automatic version.

QUOTE it is a delux model so it might be the automatic version so it wouldnt have the handle or shaft. I've never seen or heard of an automatic version. My original manual identifies both: A: Standard and Deluxe Cabinet (Deluxe cabinet had chrome trim and "ICE COLD" embossed on the storage door) B: Standard and Deluxe Top (Different bottle door, lock and coin entry plate) C: Standard and Deluxe Coin Mech (Deluxe mech had the knob - Standard mech, you had to rotate the spin top manually. I think customers had their choice of bases and tops when ordering. My V23 has a Standard cabinet with a Deluxe top. The one in this auction has a Deluxe cabinet and Deluxe Top.

I have never actually seen the version without the knob in persion so I just figured it was automatic. I guess it is the manual version that you spin by hand. I just know there is a version without a crank knob.
