It looks kind of like a National cigarette machine to me.  They are very cool looking IMO.

A guy near Halehouse and I had about 10 of these (unrestored) in his garage and only wanted $50/each.  This was about 5 weeks ago.  He said he only wanted to buy one of them but was forced to buy all or none.

Hey Z,  I think they were just on eBay.


Found them.  Search completed auction number 180098011052

Ebay says they were <10 miles from my zip, but I would have no use for all of those.

The clue is the left hand coin-bezel, these were used on national ciggy machines to block the unused match-book vending mech hole, (which they were able to combine the matchbook vending function with the main coinmech that's located on the right side of a national, but all of the chassis were already "punched" out with the extra hole, so this was their "fix" use an extra coinmech bezel (turned upside down if you look closely) to delete the hole...
