Anyone going to the Chicagoland show?

I would love to make it to a Spring show. This year I have an excuse  '>  I'll be out in L.A. visiting some relatives and going to see a taping of the Price Is Right before Bob Barker retires, always been a dream of my wife'. Should be fun.

I will however make it to the November show. My wife is really excited as well as my daughter. I explained that it's like a huge garage sale, now their sold!!  '>

I was all set to go, then realized my Tax appointment was set for the 30th....so  I guess I should try to squeeze more money out Uncle Sam, to ensure the succes of future buying,, rather then spending money I dont have!  Fall sounds great....Do we know the date on that show yet?
Nothing saying we have to stay at the pheasant run(where show is at) there might be a cheaper place down the road too?

According to the site the dates are below:

Fall 2007    November 9th, 10th & 11th

It would be great to meet everyone for the first time! I am planning on attending for sure! Bring the inclosed trailer and hope to take it back with goodies for a good price!

What is the Kane County show? Where is that? Anything good ever there? I wish I could make the Chicago show! Baby on the way! I have a feeling some 7up machines are going to be there!

The Kane show is about 3 miles away. Its ok show. But the friday morning early bird sales is the best.

Finding lodging half way between Kane County fairgrounds and Phesant run resort would be nice for those of us who fly there.  They may also offer a discount on a block of rooms for next November.

Good Idea Glen... I'm in! Anyone go a lot and know the area or
stay at other places?
I've always stayed at the resort... But I'd rather save the money for something at the show.
