vendo 81b vending cycle

I am trying to get my vendo up and running and I had a couple of questions.  Here is what's going on with my machine.  I put the dime in and turn the handle clockwise until it stops and it doesn't release the bottles.

I turn it back all the was counter clockwise until it stops and locks again and the bottles don't release.

If I put a dime in turn the handle clockwise until it stops, and tiun it clounter clockwise 4or 5 clicks the bottles release and you can take multiple bottles from multiple shelves.  when I turn the lever the rest of the the way counter clockwise the bottles lock again.

It sounds like two things could be going on.
First, I think your linkage between the mech and cam cylinder is out of adjustment.
Secondly, it sounds like your bottle stack linkage needs cleaning/lubing.
