Well I am finially out of the hospital. It is nice to be back home. I still have a long road left. I am on crutches for another 3 months or so. But at least I am out of the hospital. I have to stay in bed most of the time I am not aloud to put any pressure on my leg at all so getting around is almost impossible. I am happy I have a notebook so I can surf the internet while in bed. Well I just wanted to keep you all up to date. Have a great week. Josh

When you say home, do you mean home Ohio or home Thailand? Either way, I am sure you are happy to be out of the hospital. Take care! Just to pass a story on to you: My stepnephew's girlfriend busted up her hip in a car crash a couple of years ago. I talked with him over the holidays and he said she is doing great - fully recovered and getting around fine. So it just takes time and dedication to get going again. Good Luck!

So when you comin home to the states?? We need to meet up again. Maybe do some hunting together. When you come back it will be like the '68 Elvis comeback tour, you wont know what to do with yourself.

Spoon-feeding Newbies since 2001... Yeah..220,221 whatever it takes. Remember, all it needs is a shot of Freon! The Vendo V-83 is the '59 Edsel of the coke machine world. ;p Spray painting does NOT restore a compressor 11 is louder than 10... "Hope" is good, but it's not an action plan.

Sorry to hear that Josh..
Our of curiosity, did they consider a hip replacement? I have a buddy that just went through it in mid-Nov, and he is walking around almost back to full speed...

Well they found out that a screw went into the hip socket and was grinding on my leg bone so I had to go back into surgery today. Now I have another week or two here but this time the hospital is footing the bill.

Wow... that really sucks... I am impressed that they admitted to the problem and are fixing it instead of making up some other story to make you pay for it...

I visted Egypt a few years ago. Anyone who has been there will tell you that crossing the road is, in itself an experience. You actually get locals come up and help you (for a fee of course).
Anyway the only insurance the drivers have there is, if they kill you they must look after your family in the custom that you kept them in.
