Serial Number Tag Placement

I have the machine almost all together.
Where is the correct spot to put the plate with the serial number info? It looked like the tag moved around a few times on my machine and I had them fill in all the holes when I got it painted. Now I need to know where the factory put it.

Brent on my Vernors Cav.80 The Id tag was on the
Left hand side (IF your facing the machine ) and all the way back and equil to the spilt in the bottle door.
here is a photo of mine. Also I used all purpose spray
adhesive for my new wiring diagram it has worked but make sure you hit the corners real good.

Thanks Dave. I ended up putting it one inch below the white.

I always move the tag to the backside of the machine. The info's still there but you don't have to look at it.
