Here is my recreation.
The only think that I changed was the removal of the machine models and I changed the letter after the form number  ':<img:'> .
If anyone want to add their model #, the font is Courier New and is 12 pts.

3M 77 is awesome! I have been using it exclusively since I started using it (Seeburg Juke Restoration). I had originally bought some cruddy Loctite adhesive spray and it was terrible!

I was home sick today, so I thought that I would make a productive use of my day.  I remade the wiring
diagram for the CS-80C and CS-96C.  Here it is.
