I am looking to replace the fluorescent light in my Vendo 110. There is actually no light there right now so I am unsure of the proper size, etc. Is this something that I can just pick up at the local Home Depot/Lowes or are these a special size? Can anyone tell me what size I'll need for the V110? Thanks in advance for your help. I'm going to work on the V110 some more this weekend and I wanted to test out this part of the electrical.
Also, thanks Moondawg. I got the new door and I'm sure I'll be happier with it then trying to bondo the existing rusted out door.

QUOTE Is this something that I can just pick up at the local Home Depot/Lowes... Yes - I believe it is a 13W. Just measure the length - I don't think there are too many bulbs with the correct length. The bulb is only about a half inch in diameter.

Unfortunately the machine is about 4 hours away from me right now and the nearest Home Depot to it is about an hour. I was hoping to pick up the bulb prior to going to where the machine is tomorrow, but I forgot to take the measurement last time I was there. If anyone knows the measurement, I'd certainly appreciate it. Also, should I just replace the bulb and the ballasts(sp?) or try the bulb out first. Thanks.

You have to take the door liner off to get to the ballast. If you have the door liner off anyway, then go ahead and change it. All of the original ballasts on my lighted door machines have worked. I'll try to get a measurement and/or number for you this evening.

Yep - Joey's right. I just looked and the packaging was labeled 21" / 13 Watt. I didn't check the actual bulb inside each of my machines (not a quick thing to do in the dark), but I think it is the same bulb for both the 81 and 110. The glass appears to be the same length. Anybody know for sure. '>
