Yes, that is it!
That's my listing also.
You have a dime mech and a nickel/dime rejector requiring two nickels or a dime to vend. I also have a nickel rejector for auction and it would work for you as well; however, two nickels only would be usable to vend instead of either a two nickels or a dime to vend.
For that matter, the complete mech I have listed could be used I think - the only thing I am not sure about is how the small door mech housing is mounted inside the large door mech housing. Is is spot welded in?

The small door mechs are a snap to restore - it is the large door change-givers that scare me (a little). I feel I could do one though - I've broken down many (close to 30) small door mechs, a few VMC mechs and a few nine pin electronic mechs.
Dave - I'll walk you through that one if you want or I'll do it for you.

Before you get buried in a teardown Dave, here is what you could do......  Remove the small mech. from the large shell. Send the shell out for plating or paint.  Meanwhile spray your mech with lubricating oil and sand the rust off the shaft. When you mate them back together they will work fine.
        The rust on the slug rejector should clean up quite well with steel wool, but you should dis-assemble, clean and re-assemble parts as you go.

The rejector looks pretty bad. I can't fully see under the scavenger plate, but I can see rust under the coin cradle. If the mainplate is severly pitting along the nickel path, then the nickel gets slowed down too much by the pitted surface and won't have the resiliency to bounce off the anvil properly and nickels will not be accepted. You can't really re-chrome it without forking out some money to get a shoulder rivet CNC'd for the scavenger lever. If you can get the chrome taken off sufficiently, then you could have the mainplate yellow zinc plated. I have seen some rejectors done that way.

I have tried putting coins into the mech. The dime will go all the way through and down to the mech at the bottom. I can't crank it round bevcuse the shaft has rusted too much.

The nickle just drops through. I take it it is definately a nickle & dime rejector. Only its almost ID to my V-39 Dime only.

Dave,
The dime rejectors look identical to the nickel/dime rejectors on the back, but the front has a different scavenger plate which directs the dime down through the main plate with no nickel coin cradle, no magnet, no wiper blade and no washer retainer. There is also a different cover plate with no anvil underneath and no rail. (see attached pic of a dime rejector)
