Hey Bryan,
Very sorry for the delay. Hope this helps the mounting holes are 1" apart on the USS-64 as well. Any questions just ask.

Creighton - thanks for the pics.  They do help.  In the second picture - what are the two pieces  above the switch that look like mounting brackets?

Bryan,
The top piece is a spacer that pushes the assembly out. The second I think was once black rubber. It is hard as a rock now and will be replaced. The switch mounted on top of those.
Do you have your rack out? I think the mounting holes shown in your picture is the backside where the screws thread into. I'll be checking the board tommorow so can post any pics you need.

I just checked Mouser.com for the part number on the switch, and that is a discontinued number with no cross ref... When I get into the shop on Tues, I'll look at the different ones I have and see what I can substitute...
