Squirt 39 would be fantasy as Vendo only produced machine for Coke, Unless im wrong? My question did VMC ever produce a non embossed 44? I love the 44s and 81s. Thanks for sharing.

What an amazing collection! That's what King Tut's tomb must have looked like when they first discovered and entered it.
I hope he's got lots of insurance.

Glen,
Mike appears to own quite a few 'fantasy' machines. Is this something that he just enjoys doing to machines? Is the investment worth it if it is obviously a fantasy machine? That 7UP 44 that was up for eBay auction recently didn't fare too well ($2650 - much less than a restored VMC44 Coke would sell for)! Just curious? Maybe he has just got too much money and was bored with the red and white.

Loved looking at his collection.  Thanks for sharing it, Glen.  Does he find his own items or does he have a buyer looking for him?

Mike started collecting old surfboards, then Woody's and motorcycles. That all changed about 10 years ago when he became Sodaman. He admits that he has an addiction to this stuff, and counseling doesn't help.
Jukeboxes are his most recent passion. Collecting Soda started at home but when this stuff took over, he bought a warehouse complex, this is one and he rents out the other 3. He could easily occupy another unit but doesn't want to remove his tennant.

He has most all of the common machines. The fantasy machines did not impress him at first.  He bought all 3 of the 44's from the same guy. He bought 3 V-39's from another guy.  The embossed lettering on them all looks much nicer than my picture can show.
Here are some generic coolers he had re-done. These are not embossed but do look and feel embossed.  When the decals were made, they must have used a very thick vinyl. Then several decals were applied on top of each other to build up height and then  the whole cooler was sprayed with clearcoat.   Absolutely wonderful 3D effect.
