Plan on picking up a large door coin mech in the next couple of weeks. Complete but has over spray from when the machine was painted. Paint is covering most of the rejector and coin mech. Any ideas on how to remove it (clean it up) with out damaging anything???

Is it Latex or automotive paint?
If it is Latex, try soaking it in rubbing alcohol. It should just come right off.
If it is automotive, I think you are stuck having it completely redone. On slight overspray - I have had luck with Maguire's and a little muscle, but you rub to much and you will remove the plating as well.

Brake fluid or acetone might do the trick.

You should never use brake fliud. I have painted cars for 12 years, and would use laquer thinner on a small erea to test. Brake fliud will soak into the metal and nothing else will stick untill treated
