Hi all,
I wanted to let everyone know that I listed a VMC 33 coin mech up for auction if anyone is interested. It was badly rusted in a VMC 33 parts machine that I bought. I had other stuff going to be plated, so I broke it down and threw it into the mix. It is not the nicest one out there, but it is complete and in perfect working order. If you need one, there is no reserve and it will probably go cheap. I don't need it and it is not what I bought the machine for. The machine was sealed - the outside and inside the coin door was bad, but the drum and all the parts inside were pretty nice.

Tom - I just took a look at your auction.  It says you're in Scottsdale.  I'm in Cave Creek.  Is this a business or pastime for you?

Hi Bryan,
It is a hobby. Like everyone else, I buy and buy and sooner or later have to sell to make room for more stuff to buy and buy....
Would love to meet up and discuss - always like to meet fellow addicts. Shoot me an email!

Tom,

I have a very good friend that lives in Scottsdale, Larkspur St., I believe...
I was out there visiting a couple of years ago. I know this is off topic, but I skated  a few of the skateparks in the area...
If I visit my friend again soon, we'll have to get together...

Hi Jim,
Absolutely! I don't know what his address his cross-street is, but Larkspur (runs E/W) is just a few blocks from me.If he is in Scottsdale, it couldn't be far.
Let me know when!

Hi Jeff,
Not at this time. I bought it with the hopes of finding a decent VMC 33 body with a compressor and no guts. I want a DP VMC 33. If I find one and it has the drum ,then I will sell one of them - but for now no.
I'll let you know if I find one though.

Terry,
When is that race this year? Did you go last year - I was there - it was fun. Depending on when it is, I will go again. I have a second son due in April and the first few months are very tiring. Not sure I will have the energy burning the candle at both ends like new parents do. When my first one was a few months old, I would crash and burning at about 7 in the evening every night. Would at least like to meet for lunch or something though.
