The one I restored was the early version also. It originally had the bellboy card. My client wanted the green coke card. I am looking for one of these for my collection. When I get one can you make me a bellboy card.  '>

I'll make you and/or anyone either card...
I just print them off on a laser printer on off white card stock. Or save
them on a disc in .pdf format (.pdf I think would be best format.)
Just let me know when.
