Correct me if I am wrong but that is a Canadian large door coin mech. Or at least that is mostly what I have seen them on. They were also commonly used on transitions square tops.

Josh is right, the coin mech. is the original canadian version. Works really well!! The inside was finished in Hammertone. This one belongs to a client, I currently have 5 V44's.
